We knew that this type of thing was possible because my wife used to work in the mortgage industry and it was something that she was familiar with. But my wife was sick and was out of work for long time and we got behind in our bills and our credit went down. When our realtor first called us about this program, we were a little skeptical because it all seemed too good to be true. I contacted Dan's office and he called me back while I was driving home and I had to pull the car over because I didn't want to crash the car with what I was hearing.
